  • Hudson Shipping is covering air travel from San Diego to Chicago and will take care of all arrangements for you.
  • We will depart Temecula around 8:00am for the San Diego airport.
  • After arrival in Chicago, we will check in to The Langham Chicago, followed by a casual dinner featuring Chicago favorites.

In addition to our scheduled activities, guests are welcome to enjoy the property’s amenities, including the pool, hot tub, and waterslide. If you plan to take advantage of the water activities, please remember to bring a swimsuit. We also recommend keeping a change of clothes easily accessible for our transfer to Carter Estate Winery & Resort.

On arrival in Chicago, you will be transferred directly to Flight Club for dinner & entertainment.

There will be an opportunity to freshen up upon arrival in Chicago. If you so choose, please ensure you have any necessary items in a bag to fit under your plane seat. Dimensions must be within the following: 13” width X 11" height X 17” length
07:30:  Please be ready to meet at the Carter Estate Guest Registration building to depart for the airport.

After arrival in Chicago, we will head to Flight Club for a casual evening featuring dinner, drinks and interactive darts games.

Flight Club is an approximately 10 minute walk to The Langham. We will plan to walk back to the hotel with a group at the end of our evening event. Alternatively, please feel free to use rideshare services should you wish to retire early.

We will gather mid-afternoon and make our way to Wrigley Field for an evening of Cubs baseball, food, and drinks.
16:15:  Please meet at The Langham first floor lobby for transport to Wrigley Field.

Optional post game entertainment at Sluggers, an acclaimed Wrigleyville hot-spot, will immediately follow the game.
21:00:  We will walk as a group to Sluggers. If you wish to retire early, transporation will be provided from Sluggers to the Langham at approximately 21:30. Otherwise, we recommend using rideshare services to return to The Langham for the night. Please note these times are approximate based on game duration.

22:30-01:30:  Please join us at Howl at the Moon (26 W. Hubbard Street, Chicago, IL 60654). Howl at the Moon is about 2 blocks from both RPM Seafood and The Langham, and about a 5-10 minute walk to each.

After all of the fun we anticipate you will enjoy this evening, we recommend using rideshare services to return to The Langham for the night.
